Sweet Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts

I really wanted some brussel sprouts, so I decided to make some with sweet potatoes. I boiled the brussel sprouts and then cooked them with a little bit of margarine and onions. I baked the sweet potatoes seasoned with olive oil, thyme, chili flakes, and a little bit of salt, at 450 for about 10 minutes. Very simple, but very yummy.


Verdict: Very quick and yummy way to add green and orange vegetables into your diet. Next time I will swap out the thyme for something else.
