Tonight I made Sweet Hot Tofu for supper. It wasn't as spicy as my other dishes have been, which is a good thing. I really liked it, but I've decided that I don't like frying tofu. The texture it has when it's fried isn't my favorite, I prefer it broiled (It takes longer to broil the tofu though, so I will have to live with frying it most of the time). The recipe didn't call for any vegetables, which was kind of weird, so next time I may add some to add something more to the stir fry.
Verdict: I will definitely make it again, but with some vegetables.
