As mentioned in "Meet the Chef" my sisters got me a vegetarian cookbook for Christmas. I've decided that since this is a new lifestyle I might as well try things I've never tried before and see if I like them. With my old diet, it was always a bunch of the same. We would try a few new things here and there, but usually we would stick to what we liked. To be honest, I don't really know what I like, so the only way to find out is to try a lot of new things out. Which brings me to my point. The book they bought me has a large variety of recipes. My goal is to eventually cook all of them. I'm not too sure how long it's going to take me, and I definitely will not become like Julie from Julie and Julia, who got kind of obsessive about it. I'd say at most it will take me a year and a half? (give or take half a year, on account that I'm not too sure how many recipes are in it). I will provide page numbers with the reviews of the recipes I've tried.
I really like it, and like I said it has a good variety of types of cuisines, plus they are all really healthy.
