For supper, I tried one of the pre-made tofu stir-fry mixes that my mom bought for me. It was sesame-ginger flavor and all you had to do was add vegetables. I missed the ball on the artistic part of the dish by using red peppers and carrots, instead of green peppers. Regardless, it still tasted good.
Verdict: It was really good, and perfect for when I'm too lazy to actually make something.
