The first vegetarian meal I made as a full-time v
egetarian was Szechuan-Style Tofu and Rice. I was missing the chili paste, so I replaced it with spicy chili sauce. I knew that the sauce was really spicy, so I only put in 1/3 of it. Even with that, it was still really spicy. Next time, I will make sure that I have the right chili sauce so I don't kill my family and to make it even healthier I will use brown rice.

Verdict: I will definitely make it again minus the spicy sauce.
