I made some fresh pesto sauce, well, a type of pesto sauce. Instead of pine nuts, I used cashews and pistachios, and used half basil and half parsley. I really liked it. It was flavorful and tasty, and I made enough to freeze some for next time. I used the sauce on top of al dente whole wheat pasta, it was a really filling and healthy meal.
Verdict: Really yummy and easy to make.

Ya it was really yummy whole-wheat pasta! :) ... the rest of the sauce is frozen though :S
